FAQ Shipping and returns
How country does it take for my order to be shipped?
After placing the payment, we will start shipping as soon as possible. Packages are shipped within 2 days after payment.
Digital files will be emailed to your email address immediately after payment. Be sure to check your spam folder as well.
What are the shipping costs?

I have not received a tracking code or email, how can I track my order?
When placing an order you will automatically receive an email with the overview of your order. Check your spam folder if you have not received an email. If you cannot find an e-mail there either, you most likely made a mistake when writing your e-mail address or your order did not go through properly. Please contact us. You can expect the email with a track and trace code within 2 days.
Can I return or exchange the products?
Yes, if you want to return the purchased products, you can do so by informing us within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery.
You return the products at your own risk and expense to Full of Yoga, Ouwegemsesteenweg 54, 9750 Ouwegem.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have already been used or if we suspect damage caused by a fault other than the seller or supplier of the item.
The following terms and conditions apply to any eligible return or exchange:
All items must be unused in the original packaging with all original hang tags on the product.
Return postage and handling charges are the sole responsibility of the sender, unless you have received the wrong item by mistake, in which case we will cover the postage costs of sending it back to us.
For exchanges, you can purchase your new item on our website and we will refund the cost of your original item shortly after receipt.
Will I get my money back when I return a product?
Yes, once the return is complete, we will refund the exact product value using the same payment method you used to pay for it.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item, as well as to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you want to exchange with another product, we are happy to help you with that.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
