My vision: Yoga, but really down to earth!
As an occupational therapist, special education teacher, yoga instructor, and mother, I know how valuable it is for children to learn to feel what is happening in their bodies.
Why?
Because body awareness is the foundation for self-confidence, emotional regulation, and well-being – skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.
💡 Learning to know and feel your body, knowing what you need... isn't that one of the most beautiful skills we can give children (and ourselves!)?
I believe in the power of yoga, but especially in the power of small, achievable adjustments in the classroom.
And that is exactly what this training is about.

ABOUT LIESBETH
Hey, hey, I'm Liesbeth, occupational therapist, teacher, yoga teacher and breathing coach . With 14 years of experience in special education and support, I have visited many schools and guided countless students. The inspiration came from the teachers I met and the need for movement and rest that I saw in students and teachers.
After taking training courses to become a yoga teacher and child yoga therapist, I saw the value of yoga in education. Step by step I integrated yoga into the classroom and adapted the postures to the context and possibilities. This is how the snacks were born.
