I am Liesbeth, the illustrator and founder of Full of Yoga.
And yes, every card you see here… I drew it with love, especially for you and your child.
Why?
Because children today have to do so much.
And being able to really feel so little.
From my background as a teacher, occupational therapist, yoga instructor, and mom, I see it time and time again: children need tools. Tools to catch their breath. To get to know themselves.
To stand firm in a world that sometimes moves a little too fast.
With Full of Yoga I want to put those tools in your hands in a playful and simple way.
So you can make a difference. At home, in the classroom, or simply together on the mat.
