Not completely satisfied with your order? That can happen.

You have the legal right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

How do I return my order?

Simply scan the QR code inside your shipping box to register your return.

Then carefully pack the products in a secure, protective package and return them within 14 days of receiving your order to:

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return conditions

To qualify for a refund:

• the product must be unused, except to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning;
• whenever reasonably possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging;
• all accessories must be included;
• please include your order number or proof of purchase.

If a product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess it, or is returned damaged or incomplete, we may deduct an amount reflecting the loss in value, in accordance with Belgian and European consumer legislation.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.

If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products using the same payment method used for the original order.

The refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or after you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.

The original shipping costs (where applicable) will only be refunded if the entire order is cancelled and where required by law.

If a parcel is returned to us for reasons beyond our control (for example because it was not collected in time or because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided), we are charged both the original shipping and the return shipping by our shipping partner. For this reason, €7 will be deducted from the refund to cover part of these shipping costs.

Damaged or incorrect products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at team@fullofyoga.eu. We'll gladly help you find a suitable solution.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• digital downloads;
• e-books;
• online courses;
• other digital content made available immediately after purchase, where you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you waive your right of withdrawal;
• services that have already been fully or partially performed;
• gift cards.

14-day European Union cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unused, with any tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
