RETURNS

Can I return the products?
Yes. If you would like to return your purchased products, you can notify us within 14 calendar days starting from the day after delivery.

You can return the products at your own risk and expense to:

We reserve the right to refuse returns if there is suspicion that the items have been used or damaged due to reasons other than the seller or the supplier.

The following conditions apply to all eligible returns or exchanges:

• All items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all original tags attached.

• Return shipping and administrative costs are the responsibility of the sender, unless you accidentally received the wrong item — in that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• For exchanges, you can purchase your new item on our website and we will refund the cost of your original item shortly after we receive it back.

Do I get my money back when I return the products?
Yes. Once the return is completed, we will refund the exact product value using the same payment method you used for your order.
Please note that the return fee of €8 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item, along with information about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you would like to exchange your item for another product, we are happy to help.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
